Ormamacchine Spa, founded towards the end of the sixties, has been dealing for more than 50 years with hydraulic presses mainly used in the woodworking field. A long journey that took it, step by step, at a leadership situation both in the national and international market. A production capacity of about 900 plants/year, 130 employees and 5 production units (all located in Italy), are the actual figures of the company, granting professionalism, competence and experience.
During the past 20 years Ormamacchine, always caring its main production sector, has diversified its range tackling with a remarkable success other fields such as the composite materials, the polyurethane panel production and the plastic products (solid surface materials). Quality control, innovation, customer care and competitive spirit make Orma the ideal partner for all companies regardless their dimensions, starting from the family ones up to the industrial groups.

The Mission of Ormamacchine is made explicit and expresses itself thanks to the comprehensive view of the founding principles, the reason for existence of the company
organization, which are listed below:

Founded in 1975, ORMAMACCHINE S.P.A. operates in the hydraulic press sector, serving the woodworking, composite materials, polyurethane panel and plastics industries. Step by step, this long journey has led the company to establish itself as a leading player on both the national and international markets. Production is carried out entirely in Italy.

This approach has led the company to implement an Integrated Management System compliant with the ISO 9001:2015 standard for Quality Management Systems and, in more recent years, to obtain ISO 3834-2 certification for Quality Requirements for Fusion Welding of Metallic Materials.
To ensure the pursuit of its mission, ORMAMACCHINE S.P.A. dynamically analyses its context, identifying the internal and external factors that are decisive for the achievement of its strategic objectives and the results expected from the Management System. ORMAMACCHINE S.P.A. has also adopted a risk management approach and intends to implement appropriate actions to address risks and opportunities related to every business objective and process identified within the System.
In this regard, ORMAMACCHINE S.P.A. promotes the dissemination of a culture of quality, knowing full well that, when correctly interpreted and applied, a Quality Management System is a powerful organisational tool for planning and controlling the company’s competitiveness.
For the reference period, the objectives of the Quality Management System are identified in document MO-6.1-01.
The Company undertakes to develop its business in accordance with the following principles:
• to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and established contractual agreements;
• to constantly seek to optimise its business processes through the conscientious use of resources and the adoption of the best available and economically sustainable technologies, while at the same time ensuring the protection of the environment and the health and safety of workers;
• to ensure that training and instruction play a central role in its continuous improvement processes, in order to enhance staff awareness, motivation and professional development;
• to meet the needs of end customers and all stakeholders through the timely and efficient delivery of services that offer a high level of quality, continuity and safety;
• to promote the dissemination and awareness of the principles set out in this document at all levels oft he organization.
The Quality Policy is periodically re-evaluated by Management during the Quality System Review, in order to adapt it to any changes in regulatory, technological, organisational or economic conditions; it is appropriately disseminated within the Organisation and among all stakeholders.
